As Technology Manager, I lead and oversee the overall
projects, ranging in size and complexity. I attach
an equally great importance to every project and
assure that all are delivered according to their
timelines. I also work closely with key resources
on technical issues, which may emerge during the
development cycle, to ensure smooth integration
and a pleasant working environment.
There are at least a half dozen languages or technologies
that must be mastered in order to create a successful
business solution, and we are lucky to have highly-skilled
application developers with deep knowledge of web
technologies. Although good technical skills are
necessary, we strongly value enthusiasm, self-motivation,
negotiation skills, and determination of our team
