Search for qualified and potential candidates in application pools
Invite only short listed candidates to come in for testing (specified by position and department)
Initial interview* to assess your skills and suitability for the position, and for you to ask any questions about the position and company
Provide feedback on the interview

* You may be invited to the second or third interview with supervisors of related departments to further assess your skills and interest.
